Concept + strategy
I start every project by understanding you – your goals, challenges, technical specifications and expectations. I listen, inquire and learn in order to translate your vision into a creative brief that is remarkable and actionable within the given timeline and budget.
If other creative professionals are required to deliver your product, I’ll let you know what’s involved and how I can coordinate a team.
Once I create mockups, we will work together to refine the style and communications approach.
Design + approvals
Let’s iterate on the same page!
During the design phase, I present visual documents for review, feedback and approvals throughout the production process.
Whether you are the sole decider or one of multiple stakeholders and subject-matter experts, this approach helps us stay aligned creatively with efficiency – and that makes us all happy.
Delivery + handoff
With final approvals in hand, I will package the deliverables for you, your team, your systems and/or applications as specified in the project brief.
For example:
strategy documents and communication plans;
digital assets such as visual identity guides, brand assets, illustrations, animations, design files; and
physical assets such as hand-painted signs, interactive learning displays, printed signage.
